Should you wish to return a vintage item, no problem!

We want you to be completely happy with every piece you purchase.

Please note that the costs of returning the goods to us are at your own expense unless we delivered them to you in error. We accept no liability if goods are lost in transit.

Please, ensure the following:

Return the item within 14 days of receipt; in other words you must post it to us no more than 14 days after the date that you received it.
The item must be in the same exact condition in which it was provided by us.
The security tag has to be attached.
All merchandise to be returned must be sent in one complete package.

We can only accept returns with all above conditions met.

Please be aware that a time frame of about 14 days can pass between the receipt of your returned items and the return/refund process.
