PAYMENT

We assure you shopping at Oh! Jackie is as safe as in a store.

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR). 

You may choose between three different payment methods.

1. Pay Pal

PayPal is an online payment portal. You have to be registered with PayPal to use this option: www.paypal.com

After you submit your order, you will be referred to the secure payment page of our website and will be requested to pay for your order.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and per email when your payment has been made.

Refunds from returns will always be charged-back to the credit card or bank account which the original order was paid from.

We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.

2. Prepayment

You may pay in advance by transferring the total order amount to our Oh! Jackie account. Once the payment is received by us, we will dispatch your order immediately.

Possible transfer costs as well as bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment on our account.

3. Collect-on-Delivery (COD)

This is available in Germany only.

You may pay at the time of delivery to the shipping company.

Payment by COD incurs a non-refundable fee of 6,50 EUR.

Please be aware, you will also be required to pay a 2,00 EUR transmittal fee to the delivery driver.
